The Director Pass offers senior executives1 immediately confirmed2 or waitlist places on the seminars3 of their choice4, either free of charge5 or at a substantial discount6.

1“senior executives”
By this we mean board members (or their equivalent) at organisations with at least 250 FTE staff.
2 “confirmed”
Only one confirmed free place per organisation.
3 “seminars”
For a morning seminar the Pass includes the opening plenary, the seminar, lunch and refreshments.
For an afternoon seminar it includes lunch and refreshments.
If the seminar is the day-long Jane Hart masterclass, it includes the plenary, lunch and refreshments too. As this lasts a whole-day, a (reduced) fee will apply for the second part.
The offer is not available on the BBC Masterclass.
4 “choice”
Places are confirmed subject to availability at the time.
5 “Free of charge”
An application for a budget (waitlist) place for a seminar is at £0, as opposed to the usual £195.
If the Director is attending as the guest of someone using a Ticket, or that has booked a standard (confirmed) place, then the Director’s place on the half-day seminar is not only free, but is also confirmed immediately as well.
6 “substantial discount”
A Director attending (but not as the guest of a confirmed participant) may obtain a confirmed place at a reduced rate.
