Graham is the UK Commission for Employment & Skill’s Project Director for Talentplan, and was Head of Employment & Skills for the Olympic Development.

The UK Talent Map was first conceived in response to the challenges set out in the Leitch Report. In July 2008 the Talent Map concept and how it might look in use was endorsed by Gordon Brown and Ministers who subsequently agreed to support a next phase of development work.
Christian Hobson is Global Head of Learning and Performance at Nomura International, responsible for organisational performance and development. Christian was a psychologist in the Ministry of Defence, and was with Merrill Lynch as European Head of Leadership and Development.
Christian will discuss the robustness of people responding to the destabilising effects of a merger or acquisition.
Emma Krygier is Director of Engagement, Service, Orange UK.
Her talk “Rising & Emerging Stars - Developing Future Managers” discusses Orange’s career progression programme that helps selected Customer Service Representatives progress to become Team Managers. It combines the best elements of talent management, practical role experience, mentor guidance, coaching, community sharing, e-learning and face to face training, aligned to a skills framework.
Larry Gold is Director of Support at Trafford Housing Trust.
