The beauty of the 2.0 social media technology is that it is all about encouraging participation and contribution. Featuring a presentation by Google’s Global Head of Learning Technologies, this session explores how to pinpoint and exploit internal sources of expertise.

Some key tips received already are that by encouraging directors to blog you may find that others willfollow, and when pockets of know-how emerge it’s a good idea to encourage the people involved to encapsulate the knowledge.
