Client Synergy
Word of mouth can be the most potent form of promotion, especially when conveyed by an experienced and knowledgeable client at a high profile event and to people that are keen to receive the information.

your client addresses conference

You benefit from the powerful synergy of exhibiting in the room when your client speaks.

• Your nominated client speaks at the conference in a twenty minute session.
• The segment comprises a ten minute informal talk without PowerPoint or visuals followed by a ten-minute facilitated Q&A. You may also respond to questions in the Q&A part.
• Your client is invited to attend the complimentary Speaker Meetup at the end of March where questions are addressed, and to meet the other speakers.

Fee: No additional Fee.
Available if you are a Seminar Exhibitor at the seminar at which your client is speaking
OR if your client is shortlisted for the TJ Peer Award for Innovation
OR if your client is hosting a Company Raid
The allocation of a speaking slot to your client is entirely at the discretion of the informatology Chair. This will depend amongst other things on suitability for the programme and availability of speaking slots. Confirmation of a speaking slot may need to wait until the TJ Peer Award for Innovation shortlist is finalised.

your client hosts a company raid

At a Company Raid a group of managers from across the sectors visits your client at their offices for the day, to learn about their project, and to participate in a lively group discussion about the issues raised. Your company benefits from its association with the Raid host and project, and at the Conference.

• Your client hosts a Raid at their central office for typically 12 to 24 Raiders, and provides lunch and refreshments.
• The Raid takes place after the conference, in late 2010 or early 2011.
• informatology promotes the Raid and registers the participants
• A special page detailing your client’s project is published online on a special Project Page. This can feature a mix of text, podcast, video of your client specially recorded at the conference, links to demos etc.

Fee: No additional Fee. A fee would apply if you also wish to attend and/or help present the Company Raid.
The acceptance of your client onto the Company Raid programme is entirely at the discretion of the informatology Chair. The project should be innovative, challenging and engaging – the host organisation is ideally an easily recognised name. Confirmation of hosting a Company Raid may need to wait until the TJ Peer Award for Innovation shortlist is finalised. Company Raids are launched at the informatology Conference, and conference participants have first option on places.

your client enters the tj peer award

If your client is shortlisted then they will be a particular focus at the informatology conference and subsequently online, as their project will be judged by conference participants and by viewers of their Project Page online. You may well wish to enter for the Award yourself as well.

Fee:  No additional Fee. See TJ Peer Award

invite your clients and prospects

Why not also invite your clients and prospects to attend the Conference day at which your client is speaking, and/or the Company Raid that your client is hosting?

• If you sponsor the whole conference, you can invite different people to each day.
• At the conference they can be placed in the same peer circle with you, if you wish.

Fee: £1,200 for a group of up to six participants for a day – £2,400 for the whole conference. Fees are normally three-times as much. Assumes you are a Conference Sponsor.
