Conference Exhibitor with a Difference
Exhibiting at the informatology conference is special because you can be inside the conference session room, interacting with people that have a direct interest in your products and services.
seminar exhibitor
There are three streams for each of the three conference days. Each stream comprises a 2½ hour morning and afternoon seminar. As a Seminar Exhibitor you have a presence inside the seminar of your choice featuring:
• A table for your brochures and your laptop if appropriate, with your small banner display.
• A chair at the table where your staff can be throughout the seminar.
• Your brochure placed on each participant’s chair inside the seminar room.
• Opportunity to mingle with seminar participants in the refreshments break inside the room.
• A pass to attend that whole day’s conference – includes that day’s plenary, lunch and another seminar as well.
• Your logo and company details displayed alongside the seminar in the conference brochure.
• A contact list of all who attend the seminar, subject to permissions.
Fee: £1,200 for one staff member at one seminar; £1,600 for two staff at one seminar.
general exhibitor
Participants mingle freely during the early morning reception and the hour long lunch break. We plan a small exhibition area alongside the reception and lunch. Exhibiting in this way means that all participants have the chance to become aware of you, not just those attending your chosen seminar:
• A table for your brochures and your laptop if appropriate, with your small banner display.
• A chair at the table where your staff can be throughout the seminar.
• A pass to attend that whole day’s conference – includes that day’s plenary, lunch and both seminars as well.
• Your logo and company details displayed in the conference brochure.
Fee:£1,200 for one staff member for a day; £1,600 for two staff for a day. £2,400 and £3,200 respectively for the entire three-day conference.
combo exhibitor
A full day’s exhibiting combining two seminars and the general exhibition. You are…
• In the general exhibition area during the morning reception and plenary
• Inside the seminar of your choice in the morning
• In the general exhibition area during the lunch
• Inside the seminar of your choice in the afternoon
• Your logo and company details are displayed alongside the seminars in the conference brochure.
Fee:£2,400 for one staff member for a day; £2,800 for two staff for a day. £4,800 and £5,600 respectively for the entire three-day conference.
