• A one-minute live or pre-recorded promotional talk in the opening plenary
• A table for your brochures and your laptop if appropriate, with your small banner display, inside the plenary room.
• A chair at the table where your staff can be throughout the plenary.
• Your name and company details displayed alongside the plenary in the conference brochure.
OR Discuss an issue at a conference seminar
Only Available for Whole-Conference Premier Sponsors
• A twenty-minute non-promotional talk and Q&A session within a seminar.
• This does not include a table inside the plenary room.
• Your presenter would be your Chief Executive or a recognised thought leader. Ideally not your head of sales/marketing.
• Your speaker listed and described in the conference brochure
Fee: No additional Fee. Available exclusively to Premier Sponsors
run a workshop
Give interested prospects a hands-on workshop on your product.
• A 40 minute session in a private room equipped with eight online laptops and a smart board.
• The workshop takes place on the same day as you are exhibiting.
• The workshop is featured in the conference brochure, and on the conference schedule.
• Participants apply for places in their registration forms.
Fee: £1,200 for one workshop for up to eight; Optional £100 per person at extra workshops.

face2face meetings
Conference participants will be asked if they would like to meet specific sponsors whilst at the conference, and/or if they welcome meetings with sponsors that ask to meet them. We plan to provide a list of possible candidates to sponsors ahead of the conference, so that appointments can be arranged in good time…
• A 20 minute meeting during the conference at a time to suit both parties
