Ian Leivesley is Strategic Director – Resources at Halton B.C., and was Assistant CEO there, and Deputy Corporate Director at Staffordshire C.C.
The Skills for Change project represented an innovative approach for the Council. It involved actively engaging with the Council’s workforce and encouraging feedback and participation, in preparation for an impending Efficiency Review.
Ian has been involved in significant change programmes at Halton, including leading the change to Unitary status in 1998 and currently chairing the Council’s Efficiency Programme Board.
