Change Comes From Within

“The future of a company is less about the nature of its issues, and more about its capacity to invent social structures able to solve them” – Jean François Noubel (an expert on collective intelligence).

Mainstream social media and Web 2.0 news is most often focused on customer facing successes, but what about the enormous strides in productivity and innovation organisations have achieved by exploiting this technology inside the company?

This talk describes why social software is at its most transformative inside the organisation, how this relates to employee engagement and productivity, what CEOs should be doing to harness its indisputable benefits, and how to construct a business case for its widespread adoption within the organisation.
