Julie Starr is a coach and consultant with over 20 years experience in business and change management. She is the founder of Starr Consulting, who work with coaching in business, and is the author of the bestseller The Coaching Manual which defines the key principles and practice of personal coaching. Her latest book, Brilliant Coaching is aimed at managers coaching in business, and distils the key principles and tools in a practical format for the busy manager.
Julie builds on an early career in project management and larger scale business redesign initiatives. She works with groups and individuals to challenge and shift traditional perspectives. Julie speaks regularly at conferences and delivers master classes on accredited coaching programmes.
She believes;

In his talk on Quantifying Coaching Success, he explains how DELL and the Forte Institute developed and implemented a cost effective and comprehensive programme that effectively trained coaches and leaders to quantify and interpret coaching success.
 Sara Wright is Organisation Development Manager at Electrocomponents Ltd.
Her talk Leadership Coaching to Create Cultural Change offers an insight into the innovative coaching techniques that have helped them create a more flexible leadership. It is an artful blend of learning methods that generate huge self reflection and learning, and help embed skills in the live environment, rather than simply in a classroom.
 David Scholey is Principal Consultant at The Coaching and Feedback Company Ltd.
In his talk on The Power of Being There, he will share about his project at BAE Systems – Submarine Solutions, where managers can instantly speak with someone, to bounce ideas off and check out their thinking, as and when they need to, rather than at the next coaching session.
