| How does the PLUS ONE offer work? This offer, which applies to day and conference passes, is subject to your payment having been received by us. >> Who can use it? It can be used by whomever you choose. So, the person taking a guaranteed place can use it to attend another day as well. Or someone else you invite from your organisation or outside can use it for any qualifying session. >> What if I don’t yet know who will take this place or on which session? Book your guaranteed places now and advise us before 6 June about your provisional place preferences. >> How is it confirmed? informatology will confirm or decline your free provisional place during week beginning 6 June. >> What if the session I want for the provisional place is unavailable? In the event that a place on your requested session is not available, you may be offered an alternative where possible. >> What happens when my free provisional place is confirmed? When we confirm your free provisional place, we will ask the participant to confirm acceptance of the offer. >> How long will this special offer be available? This offer remains open for bookings received so long as it is presented here. It may end or be varied for subsequent bookings at any time, as displayed here. >> So, how much does each place cost? Book one guaranteed place and, with the free provisional place, it works out under £350 a place (£695 for two); book two and it’s under £240 each (£945 for four); and book three and it’s under £200 a place (£1,195 for six). |
| How does the membership work? informatology is a peer membership group. You automatically receive a free two-year membership on booking your first (guaranteed or provisional) place. Anyone you book, from within your organisation or outside, can then benefit from the “further day-places” rate. Also, anyone you invite, from within your organisation or outside, that then books themselves benefits from the first-place member rate, without being members themselves. |
