2. Effective Listening
Using Julie’s ‘scale of listening’ as a supporting foundation, we look at the power and influence of listening within a coaching conversation. Delegates will participate in a ‘pairs’ exercise, to try on the principles and techniques identified.

3. Effective Questioning
Identify simple principles of effective questions relevant to coaching conversations. The group will demonstrate and practice.

4. Coaching Surgery
Q&A and large group discussion

5. Peer Circles
Delegates form smaller discussion circles to reflect both individually and as a group on learning insights from the day
