The Seminars on Corporate ResponsibilityNurturing TalentLearning & Development and Technology for Learning focus on key themes that companies wanting to survive and succeed must address.

Each stream is chaired by one or more leading figures in the industry, and showcases the very practical ideas of the 2011 Peer Award Finalists. As attendees, you will have the opportunity to judge these award entrants projects in terms of their
impact – the significant and sustainable positive difference the project had had on the organisation;
innovation – the original thinking of the project, the degree to which it has taken a new and different approach;
insight – to encourage authentic stories – how they would now do things differently with the benefit of hindsight;
inspiration – the Wow! factor of the project – and what you as participant are taking away from the presentation.

Voting for each category’s Peer Award winners takes place at the end of each Seminar, and the results are announced at a brief ceremony at the end of the day.

We are delighted that a senior representative from the conference host will address each Peer Award ceremony.
