The Learning & Development Peer Award Seminar
Thursday 23 June 2011, London
Finalists share from their experience of addressing new challenges in different and creative ways; for instance to engage staff in starring in their own rapid video development projects using a flip camera rather than a centralised big video production; using performance coaching in a simulation of a real office issue; or applying L&D to help potential new-recruits to form an interest in working in your industry. Also considering the changing role of L&D; such as in exploiting new opportunities for bringing development in-house and gaining an improved appreciation of the role that the business desires of it.
