What you'll learn
David Chidley, Training Manager at Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines (RCCL), will outline how their blend of award-winning e-Learning, residential training and online community has helped RCCL generate business in a competitive market. He and his team will explain what they have done and why, and will share what they have found works well and what does not, warts and all.

Why attend
I believe that you will gain invaluable inspiration that can make a real impact on your own learning strategy, from the candid insights of the host that has "been there and done that" and from your interaction with your fellow raiders.
This Raid also promises to be a particularly enjoyable informal learning day, taking place as it does on "Independence of the Seas" docked at Southampton, RCCL's newest and most innovative ship, which is the largest ever to be home-ported in Europe.

Whom it's for
This Raid is very relevant for anyone with an interest and involvement in creating internal staff learning solutions that include e-Learning, whether or not they have a sales function in their organisation.
Like most Forum Raids, it is not open to training vendors or consultants.
Previous Raids have been attended by L&D Managers from ACS International Schools, AstraZeneca, Bosch, British Council, British Geological Survey, Cheshire Constabulary, Colchester Institute, Environment Agency, Foreign and Commonwealth Office, HM Revenue & Customs, Imperial College Healthcare, Indesit, Kent County Council, KeyMed, Lloyd's Register EMEA Oil & Gas, National Trust, Rolls Royce, Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery, Skipton Building Society and the Valuation Office Agency.

When it happens
This Raid takes place once only; on Wednesday 15 October 2008 from 09:30 to 15:30

Where it takes place
RCCL are hosting this Raid onboard
their newest most innovative ship "Independence of the Seas" docked at Southampton, the largest ever to be home-ported in Europe.
This promises to be one of the most distinctive and exciting venues you'll ever attend a learning event!

How to get on the Raid
To attend please select one of the options above. Places on this Raid are very limited and are allocated on a first-booked basis.
