Royal Caribbean has pioneered the use of e-Learning to raise brand awareness amongst its network of travel agents. With their competitors following suit, they are now using newer technologies to keep one step ahead in promoting their marketing message.

We will view and discuss their approach to
e-Learning, their use of  social media and webcams for marketing, and for training and supporting their network of travel agents.
